Finished Super Paper Mario. This was actually the first Wii game I bought even before the console. Fun game, but the quality of levels drops as you progress through the game. Shame it didn't come out on gamecube... Prefer the proper Paper Mario games to this, guess that's why it took me so long to finish
I just finished Red Dead Redemption and I must say without giving away too many spoilers, it's a tear jerking end. Not what I expected at all. I still have things to do in what's best described as the continue plus mode but I really don't feel like it at the moment. It's just not the same.
I've had this game on my shelf for quite some time. I even bought the DLC when it went on sale. I really need to play it. I remember I started it a long time ago and one thing I would always do is make my horse just walk around town instead of run. I would just slowly mosey into town just like in an old western movie. It took me forever to get around but I couldn't help it! xD
I've had RDR for like a year and a half and never got into it. It might be because I'm not a big western fan, or maybe just because the controls when you're riding a horse are really clunky.
last game I finished was skyward sword. it`s way to long and I missed a final dungeon but it`s still a great game after all.
Beat RAGE on PC. Was having fun for about 10 hours, then out of the blue its time for the final mission. RAGE's final level is easily the laziest in recent history. This is an exaggerated description: Run down a corridor mowing down popcorn enemies. Take an elevator. Mow down some fools on your way to another elevator. Push a button and mow down a few waves of generic mutants. The end. The whole thing took about 7-8 minutes. Shame they left that bitter taste in my mouth since I was actually enjoying the game.
I felt the same way at first but it turns out that the on-screen guide is a load of crap. To make the horse run you need to build up a rhythm by pressing the A button. Also holding down the A button will make the horse move at a steady pace and follow whoever you are following. The game turned out to be really good. You do get in to the characters a lot and feel for them at times. yakumo
Forgot to post I beat Left4Dead on co-op campaign the other day. Hopefully I'll get to complete Left4Dead 2 before my mate flies out to Afghanistan again.
I just finished Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia. Now I'm feeling a bit at loose ends on what to play next.
I finished God Hand some time ago, and apart from the serious camera and difficulty issues, it was really solid. I really dont know what game to play next =/
Finished Catherine a day or two ago. Probably the first game in a LONG time that's forced me to switch to Easy mode before the halfway mark.
Portal 2 Standard Co-Op campaign. Playing with a mate out in Afghanistan on his laptop lol. Good job I got him an Xbox 360 Wired for Windows Controller for Christmas and he is making full use of it
DoDonPachi Ressurection ver 1.5 (Xbox 360 Mode) 1-ALL with Type B (Strong Style) and a fantastic score: 2.082.676.052 ^^" I have no idea how the score-system works properly but it´s a 1CC anyway
Well, it is a Cave game, so the scoring system is probably based on a combination of arcane black magic and four-dimensional spatial calculus.
I finished Back To The Future 2 on SMS the other day, absolutely without a doubt one of the worst games I have ever had the misfortune to play, but I still persevered and finished it . I started a YouTube project to finish every Master System game so it had to be done lol! If you fancy checking out the gameplay for it (saves you from having to play this POS yourself!) then head to my YT vid here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s9gxaMf8wB4. I also finally got round to finishing MW3, not a bad campaign .
Just cleared Super Metroid for the first time; at just under 7:20 and with 77% item collection probably no result to write home about, but it's good enough for me... for now?
Yeah, the storyline was really good, I think the ending wasn't so good though. L.A. Noire has really kept me playing it ever since I got it. One of the best games I have played as of recently. It annoys me that there's nothing I can do on the game now until the store comes back up though, I want to play the Naked City. I've already achieved 100% completion and got the platinum. I really would have liked more side missions and extra things to do though. Overall though, a really good game. I'm definitely going to be getting every piece of DLC though. Right, you can't explore the city unless you do it through a case right? Like nothing after the ending? I guess that sucks, but it kinda adds to the story in a way. Oh and I don't really think "sad" is a spoiler, almost every game nowadays ends in a somewhat sad way. Oh and Kylo, wasn't it great when the unicorn flew in and killed Darth Vader on the second to last mission? After the game ends, you can repeat cases you've done to try and improve your score on them or go for the Free Roam mode which is essentially how the game is on a normal case but without the objectives. You'll still get called out to street crimes though.
