Fighter's History and Street Fighter 2

 

A lot of FPSs copy Halo 1/Halo 2.

Bad Boyz GTA clone...Im sure there are millions more.

BTW, didnt Doreamon (SP?) for the N64 copy Mario 64?

 

It's the other way around.

Halo copies many FPS games before it.

 

Considering that Halo's lineage lies with the classic and innovative Marathon series, this isn't entirely true.

 

I know Halo copied a lot of FPSs, too, but there are a lot of games that use it as a comparison, you know? Halo originally wasnt going to be an FPS anyway.

 

SMB and Great Giana Sisters. Bit too similar for Nintendo's liking though.

 

I know Halo stays true to the Marathon game from back then. Just trying to mess with casual, thats all .

 

Am I the only person that didn't care for Marathon, or have I just not given it a proper play?

The Fighter's History/Street Fighter II comparison was spot-on.

Depends. Out of the trilogy, I thought Part 2 (Durandal) was by far the best of the bunch...that one had a little extra something special to it that kept me hooked, which was strangely lacking in 1 and 3.

 

The British software house Team 17 made an RPG for the Amiga that looked very much like Zelda from the SNES. Sadly the game was shit.

when I saw the pictures I thought it was some really bad homebrew game.. but this seems to be a commercial game ;;
For the first thing this guys really should come up with some characters of theire own.. and second.. they better work more on the graphic.. those trees and the grass looks awful.. like they used the gradient tool in photoshop to create the trees:-(
