On the subject of Kameo, there's an interesting note in the Mystic's Hut near the beginning of the game:

"Take one Cube of ice... Add two beetles from a Box of Creepy-Crawlies... Heat to 360 degrees... Add Meepo scales to taste.

Eat before the crust heals over. A dish best served cold."

...Not sure what "Meepo" means, but all the bold words are actually highlighted in the game... coincidence?

Too Human jumped PS1 -> GC -> Xbox 360, but each jump was basically an entirely new game with some shared stuff.

Dead Space started out on the original Xbox. EA/Visceral showed a lengthy bit of gameplay of the old build for the original Xbox at some point.

I thought FF7 was going on N64, wasn't there a 3d tech demo floating about testing the character models?

Also games that went from one gen to another I think KI2 was planned for snes originally.

Would Warframe count, given that it's effectively a resurrection of the original 2004 teaser for Dark Sector?

That was FF6 and it was just a tech demo, like the FF8 PS2 demo and FF7 PS3 demo nothing was actually put into development.

Buffy started on PS1, moved to PS2 and Dreamcast, then became an Xbox exclusive. There was footage of the PS1 version somewhere but it's been lost for a while.
ICO started on PS1 and moved to PS2.
Malice started on PS1 and moved to PS2.

Metroid Prime 3 (GC -> Wii). It was at least partially developed on the GC, I don't know if it was actually planned to be a GC title though.

Tengai Makyo III began development on PC Engine Super CD, then was moved on PC-FX and finally released many years later on PS2.
Of course very little of the initial project remained in the PS2 game.

I'll give you A+M+O+K and D2, but was the original Virtua Fighter ever intended for the Megadrive?!

Also... have Killzone and The Getaway been mentioned yet? I'm sure both of these started off as PS1 games, though I seem to recall only the latter being shown publically in its 32-bit guise while the former was previously codenamed Kin and produced as a PC tech demo before Sony made a deal with Lost Boys - later rebranded as Guerrilla Games following a takeover by Media Republic.

Myst had a Sega CD version that was cancelled, before it became one of the most multi platform games ever made

Tokimemofan > Actually, Sunsoft bought the rights of the game in order to release it on every machine which would have been able to run it : 3DO, Jaguar CD, Mega-CD, LaserActive (cancelled too) etc...

Galleon (PSX > DC > GC/Xbox/PS2 > ultimately only released on Xbox)
    Trickstyle (PSX > DC)
Ketsui (PS2 > Xbox 360) *although this was a straight port of the arcade, so no enhancements
Senko no Ronde was released on the arcade hardware equivalent of the DC, but was released exclusively, and with graphical enhancements for Xbox 360

Meepo was Kameo's sidekick in the GC version of the game. ;)

You can find images/info in Google.

Do you mean Dark Seed? (Dangerous Seed, an MD game, didn't come out for either Mega CD or Saturn.) Dark Seed was actually a multiplatform game originally developed for Amiga/DOS. The Mega CD version was just one port which was cancelled; it's not really a generation jump.

Out of curiosity, where did you see that this was planned for Saturn? I can't find that anywhere. Was it also planned as a PC game at the time?

My bad, it's Dark seed indeed, not dangerous seed.
    Silver is listed here.
