Yeah, very nice. I could imagine the closet-like TV setup is perfectly suitable for a home cinema screen that could be attached to the wall. You could just lower it, hide all the stuff behind it and have one crazy huge screen.
Here is mine! ^^ First photo is my game room and second photo is a kinda cool photo how was the external dvd drive slim if released for DC
So it's not even connected to the Dreamcast? Or did you put a GDROM Drive in to a USB CD Drive case then wire it up to t he DC? Actually, that would be a cool if pointless mod.
Is not even connect to the Dreamcast, just put the logo of DC up to dvd drive and hold the cable backside of DC.^^ Is a good point for someone can mod it in future.i think only that will working from port of modem side.
Yeah, I didn't realize it was stretched, thought it was native 16:9 and I momentarily got excited. Here's my storage room that I just cleaned up. I've since re-arranged the shelves a little, moving big CRT downstairs. LCD & surround is up in living room, this is for storage/display and retrogame play only. Still have a lot to do, but it was a hopeless shitpile a week ago. I'm happy with the progress.
My modern game room setup in Tokyo, everything is hooked up simultaneously using Audio Authority distribution boxes for component/optical and a bunch of Selecty 21s for RGB. Display is a 60" Pioneer Kuro. Audio is powered by an Onkyo TX-NA906X 7.1 HD receiver.
Your new setup is no less impressive than your old one in California I recall seeing from your collection sale back then. Thumbs all the way up, the effort of connecting all those consoles at the same time must have been extraordinary. Sven told me about your setup when we met during an arcade meet last summer and apparently he didn't exaggerate Do you mind posting a picture of your games collection as well?
Ah yes, Sven and GP came by last summer right after we moved into our new place. Once I clean up the game library room some more, I'll post a complete set of pics but I'll post a teaser here. In this room, I have all of my retro PCs and consoles which I use for CRT light guns.
I can't believe how F*ing lucky you are! I'd love to have a set up like that but the missus would never allow it. You should have heard her when I bought the surrond sound system for my games room. I put my foot down on that though  Still, at least I can share my love of gaming with my son. He loves to play Konami's TMNT in Time with me. Yakumo
Just spotted the picture above the last one. RGB N-gage? Getting any use out of the Onlive? Amazing setup, btw.
