I am looking for vendor repair manuals for consoles and related items (like sharp TV) to place in a central database on the page.

    Anyone have any ?

Those are things you have to pay big money for to have RE'd, most of the time you'll have to buy predone 3rd party work for $$s or pay $$$s to have it RE'd for the first time. Schematics rarely get leaked for good reasons, I'm not even sure that licensed repair people get diagrams. I don't know if you mean official repair manuals which don't necessarily exist for all systems (and why would they?) If you're looking for console schematics, theres this crazy pair of people that only charge like $2 a page of their work which is pretty damn good. I haven't seen their work personally but they probably don't dwell too much on power since nobody needing work done needs that... They've RE'd almost every console including PCE DUO and Neo CD, Neo CDZ and handhelds. Anyways for MOST consoles there are very few serviceable parts, the things that actually break are so easy to test and replace like regulators, fuses etc it's not even necessary to have a guide. Tell me where you're going with it and maybe I can point you. Also this is posted in development hardware thread so I'm confused.

If any amateur wants to repair a TV, I say they're crazy unless they have a repairman buddy to help or a full body rubber suit, 24,000 volts isn't light. The best thing to do with a broken (and working...) NES/FC Sharp TV is to pop out the PPU and sell it on YJ for $200 or make your own RGB NES/FC.

If there are service centers, there are manuals for repair.

Manuals to use say Nintendo's controller test hardware? Or to fix a console that won't turn on? I've sure never seen one describing how to replace a fuse, thats what people are trained for.

Ooh, wonder if you have the ones I'm missing, Ex Sega Dev...... :D

Oh and yeah, I have some. I'll release some schematics for all Atari consoles, NES, Mega Drive, Master System, Gameboy... if I can find them all!

My Saturn ones are my pride and joy.. noone gets them!!

    Oh yeah..... snap!!!!!

Incidentally, does anyone know who won the Dreamcast (proto?) schematics off eBay? I've a funny feeling the seller was Barry Ling.
