kid dracula - 悪魔城すぺしゃる ぼくドラキュラくん (from wiki) it has a low/med skill level. there is a couple of jumping bits that require practise and a bit where you have to change into a bat as well but nothing too tricky IIRC. there are a mr driller games on gbc and gba as well. also maybe drill dozer - スクリューブレイカー 轟振どりるれろ but it is probably too complicated for a 3 year old maybe one for a couple of years time.
