I have a few of these. Some loose, some come complete with boxes, manuals, and cables. I searched the forum for the price but most of the posts I found are in 2005-2006, some are last year but I didn't see any prices on the listing so I posted this to ask for a more up to date price. Thanks for helping

    150 loose

    300 boxed.

You box is terrible shape, so say $250

These are absolutely useless with out a cart, and carts are near impossible to have at a reasonable price.

Gamecube development hardware market is at saturation point, and at record low prices.

NR reader $99 is normal price now or less
NDPD reader, your first one might sell for more than 150 but from there it would be downhill as sales audience is so limited.

Would you mind giving me an approximation of how much a cart worth? It has been 10+ yrs since I touched them so I dont know what are in the carts.

ASSEMbler's being quite generous in his estimates of the NRDP value. Most devs I know refer to them as "doorstops" because that's what they're used for these days.

The collector market for the systems by themselves is extremely low. I would put an estimate for a bare system at $50, especially since the NR Readers are more in demand.

Now, if you have some that are boxed and complete, that'll be a premium for a collector.

If you are looking to sell (and maximize interest) I would suggest holding onto these units for another generation so that GC collector interest has a chance to resurge. Another option (since you have an image of a cart) is to sell each system paired with a cart.

Value there will vary based on the contents of the cart, but even a shit game should run a few hundred if it is NRDP Reader + cart since then you've maximized your buyers. By selling the NRDP Reader + cart as a bundle, anyone can buy and play.

If you sell the carts bare you'll have lower interest (and lower prices) because a buyer would still have to track down a system if they don't have one. If you sell the systems by themselves, well, unless you have a cart to play or you're going for a GC hardware full set, you really don't care about the system.

I have enough carts to bundle with each NPDP system. How much do you think such bundle would fetch for? I have to check the contents of the carts if the buyer would like to know for sure what is inside. thanks

Really depends on the games. I would suggest pairing shit games with the most worn/bare hardware and pairing the best games with the best looking hardware. You'll get a premium on the higher end stuff for sure.

Also, don't sell all at once. Put a set up on eBay and let gamesniped know. Then, after that sells, put another up a week later. Alternate between good and bad stuff. If you space if out, you'll get more sales at high prices.

If I'm inferring your posts correctly, you probably have enough of this hardware to flood the collector market. Put them all up on eBay at the same time and you'll end up with minimum pricing because of it.

Id be interested in a cheap one, thats for sure, would be nice in my presentations :). Gamecube hardware is all over the place, if you want max do what hl718 said, slowly sell them otherwise you wont get anywhere near what you want.

About ~$300 for a boxed one seems completely fair. That's what I paid in May for one (with box).

Last I checked, a cart I would say ~$300 as well, if there is something nice on it. Maybe a little less if it seems like a final build of something or blank.

    The carts, if blank: $125-150
    If a shitty game: $200
    If a nice game $500-750

I can see if it is the gbox, the npdpcube is still attractive looking and value is still okay.

Too bad he waited way too long to sell these.

I didn't wait to sell them at all. The reason I'm selling some of my stuffs is because i'm moving and my wife is no quite happy about carrying all the stuffs to our new place.

My advice would be to hold onto the systems for another 10 years.
