   Install the XDK software on your PC, Windows XP will be the easiest.
   Connect both the PC and the Xbox to the same network
   Load up Xbox Neighborhood on your PC, turn on the Xbox, and navigate to the folder that holds the game.
   Drag and drop.
   
   Nice and easy Assuming it is an Xbox, and not an ebox hah
