It was 10$ CA. Unfortunately it came without PSU, and then I tried to use universal power supply at NES specs, I got a small cloud of nasty smelling smoke, and that was it for this unit. I trashed it, but made photos first, just for fun.

I suspect that GLK stands for Gold Leopard King: 1, 2, 3.

It's a silly sticker, pretending to be your average Windows 98 desktop.

It must be said and repeated many times, never never never use your NES adaptor on another system! That thing outputs 9V AC (as it says on its case), unsuitable for DC-powered systems.

Yeah, GLK stands for Gold Lepord King, they tend to have a new famiclone "model" every year.

Nice clone, I wonder how long it will be before someone makes one that has a real screen on it.

the cost of the NES circuitry wouldn't match the cost of a color LCD screen

I'm pretty sure there have been all-in-one DVD player units with "TV game function" ie famiclone hardware built-in. They'd be using the DVD/CD drive for ROMs though, so only a bunch of mapper 1 games.

So the screen wasn't real at all? What good would the keyboard have been?

EDIT: should've checked your pictures first. What a strange unit.

I ordered Pokefami from liksang. Hope it's as good as reviews suggest. I plan to start buying some of the best Famicom games, and this unit seem to be the best way to play them. I do play most of my MegaDrive games on SEGA Nomad.

Wow, didn't know the One station was a famiclone. In fact, I think they sell those here in my local Best buy, for like $39.95.
