Good licensed games?

Ok, so I'm not crazy.

Now, is Battletoads a ripoff of TMNT? Yes.

 

I think Amiga misinterpreted what (most) people define as a licensed game. If there was a game based on the Battletoads cartoon than it would have been a licensed game. They WANTED it to be the next TMNT. Only a pilot was made, no one would fund the full show.
