Finished new case drawings. Before everyone will get too excited this is still two acrylic panels, length had to be increased because of addition of the VGA port and 3.5 audio jack ;)

Also, is OK if you count me in future Preorder list and when you tell me I will pay directly no issue..

I don't do personal orders. Number 8 is used because A/V multiplexer IC chips are 8-channel. There are also 4-channel multiplexers out there but 4 inputs are ridiculous.
    Daisy chain - problem solved.

There will be no more waiting lists, somebody else will be doing selling, you'll be able to freely buy it when it will be in stock.

Glad to hear you included the audio jack. Thanks for that addition. Can't wait!

It makes sense now with an addition of the VGA port.

I know you posted the specs for an AC adapter in the first post. Are those still the same? Do you have a recommendation for a particular one to get (quality, reliable)?
    Thanks again for this!

New switch power requirements are 7-12V, center negative. I think any will suffice, I'm using the Sega Genesis one.

Why do you double post in two threads here and on shmups?
Read throughout this topic, I've stated a lot of times that there is no waiting list anymore.

Srsly though, how many friggin' times does he need to say NO PREORDERS OR WAITLIST? I bet if he put it in all caps in his sig, people still wouldn't read it.

It's actually funny because all the drama happens in my private communication :) So many people not only not reading the topic but don't even check the first post which I update from time to time. I'm getting around 5 PM's per week to add somebody not only to waiting list, but also to waiting list for a waiting list and so on :)

Its great that you have so much demand for this. And you were worried at first no one would be interested! :)

I've just got an email from my manufacturer that PCB's are done and they are starting to solder them.

I think I was more worried by the fact that some people who were added to the waiting list simply didn't respond to my messages.
Also few guys who "seemed very interested" in raw PCB's didn't get one. I've had $12 switch PCB's from the very first batch for them and I ended up soldering those myself.
In general people who express a lot of unusual ideas don't buy. On shmups there is a guy who wanted a 4-port switch with 2 JP21 and 2 SCART inputs and I think two outputs :).
Other people out there wanted kits because "they can do a better soldering job" than automatic soldering and "they enjoy soldering things".

That first thing is unbelievably outrageous, however the latter is something I'd be into just because, well, I'm into building stuff just like you are.

I can hardly wait and am so grateful you are providing the community with such a great switch... there's so much junk out there.
