    Maybe its new for Playstation 2, but for Playstation Portable is really really really old, and much more complete than this moded MAIN.SCM.

    Infact the Cheat Device for Liberty City Stories was the first unsigned code ever executed in a PSP 2.5, in user mode. After that Fanjita developed the eLoader, using this code. And finally someone brought the kernel exploit using the user mode exploit. And finally the downgrade for 1.5. Good days.

    I think you don't understand what this video about.
    It's not CheatDevice, it's not custom modification. This is official debug tools of Rockstar Games developers, was locked inside of game script code. (maybe from beta version or some test build)
    Only one "AI Debug" i know, someone unlocked for VCS with last CheatDevice, or you want to say - someone some time ago unlocked debug menu throw cheatdevice LCS PSP ram codes hacking in hex? I was looking all released LCS CheatDevice codes - and nothing like debug menu i found, maybe just bad looking, not sure.

    Really? There are some weired features there to be official, most of them saw already in Cheat Device (that is non related to any Rockstars work).

    I dont see any info on the GTAF thread but i belive is just some code changed.

    CheatDevice is Edison Carter custom modification, actually it's like CodeBreaker/ARMAX adapted to PSP RAM space and for work with GTA Stories games, it's not debug menu, it's more like PC cheat trainer, as i know.


    If you don't believe me about official Debug functionality, try to look inside of MAIN.SCM (from you own original retail GTA PS2 LCS DVD) and try to find this in table [pic down here]
    What we have done - is replaced new game loader with many of debug modes, without custom modding and without adding any new mods, what not existed in game code already, but was locked.

    And this confirmed by others GTA Stories modders on gta scene
