Guess the city/country game

Seeing as no one has got it, its Chester, England. Great place with some very nice architecture including the Roman/Civil war walls and a Roman amphitheatre. The unique feature is the double decker of shops (called the rows). Apparently, according to wikipedia, is unique to Chester (I've certainly never seen them anywhere else)
