People always say I'm wrong on this, and while quite possible, I *honestly* believe that if you eat when your hungry, then it all works out. I swear. :smt083 :smt023

I'm not going to argue about it. It's not about science being wrong, it's just about my observations on how/why people get fat and how/why people are not fat. :smt083

 

There's actually a lot of truth to that. My mother told me when I was a child, "eat until you're not hungry... don't eat until you're full." I think she was right.
