Halo 2 e3 2004 Laser Cel

I just wondered how many of you guys managed to pick up one of these 'Master Chief Laser Cel's' at the 2004 e3, MS Stand?

...It was only available after you had a 'secret' playtest of Halo 2, at the show ;-)




...It comes with a nice little certificate of authenticity.




...There should be another 499 of you out there!

What is a laser cell? Is it just like an animation cell but burned with a laser Seriously, what is it?

Laser Cels are a lithograph technology where the image is actually printed on industrial grade Mylar.

...Unlike traditional cels and paper; Mylar will NOT fade, chip, crack or deteriorate.

...Additionally, this synthetic is immune to heat, light and moisture.

 

Wow, sounds like pretty expensive stuff.

I can appreciate its rarity due to the limited print run, but its still a rather crappy picture. Some badly painted watercolour pic of a thigh & a gun isnt worthy of wall space.

I saw better pics when i was doing GCSE art at school.
