This build is from 9/25/01, so it is pretty late. But also unseen. Hoping to dive into it more on my day off this weekend.
While we are on the subject of beta Halo CE, Wasn't there a beta default.xbe that was released years ago? anyone remember that or am I just crazy?
Yeah, but that was built at the same time as the retail build. This is a few weeks earlier, and a complete build
Except the beta 2276 isn't really what it says it is, since it wasn't a complete build. That said, I wouldnt expect big changes anyway, seeing as though it was a September build. Little things are much more likely, and the possibility of something being in the files.
No, it was built using retail files. The original release was just the .XBEs. Not that the files were likely any different anyway as it is the same build as the retail just with debugging functions.
