Long story short, I removed this reg. card from the game I found it in, because it was an Asian version (not Japanese), and it wasn't Konami, so I thought it was there by mistake. But I found the same reg. card in another Asian game, so my conclusion is, the Asian version of some non-Konami games were distributed by Konami (this I was aware of), and they came with Konami reg. cards. Any chance the game's mentioned somewhere? Or any clue as to what game it is? I totally forgot which one it was in... The other one seems to be exactly the same, except for the serial number of course.
No, it doesn't - the box on the back to the left of the number is a space to write the name of the software into.
