I have a YouTube channel which was started a long time ago with Google AdSense. Not so long ago, control over ad revenue seems to have been handed to YouTube and I can see my earnings etc in the analytics section. Thing is, I'm way over my payment threshold yet nothing seems to be happening. In my google adsense account I have a small balance from before the switch. Both accounts are held under the same email address. At what point does the balance of my YouTube account get transferred over to my Google Account, if at all? There's at least $100 which shows up in my YouTube account and it's been there for 3 months. Apparently Adsense gets updated on the 15th of every month but 3 months have passed and nothing has changed. Any suggestions? It's a confusing set up and the help sections for both websites aren't helping at all.
Check your settings, the Payments section in particular on Adsense. Make sure you have no warnings on your account and that you have the proper form of payment and schedule set up. Youtube money for me is automatically added to my Adsense at some point of the month.
I've checked absolutely everything twice. My Adsense statement showed updates from YouTube in June and nothing has gone through since. Will wait until the 15th of this month has passed before I navigate the bat shit crazy maze that is google tech support.
