I recently purchased a Nintendo DS dev kit that will not play retail carts. Is there anyone that can mod or change the software to make this possible?
They don't play retail carts. You can run .SRL files through USB (including many retail games if you convert the rom), but as far as I know no one has found a way to play a retail cart.
