Does anybody know what kind of Antenna do I need to use wireless connectivity with Dualshock 3 Controllers and with WiFi routers?

Mine didn't come with one so I have to use this really long USB cable every time I want to use a controller and If I move it too much it disconnects for a sec.

I'd be interested in finding out as well. I would be ok building one myself but I dont know what kind of connector to use.

Is the port for both wifi and bluetooth?

I guess, I mean there is no WiFi or Bluetooth connevtivity at all by default. And there is only one ANT (IN) Connector.

Do you think that would work on DECR? For both BT & WiFi? it says it's an RF antenna.

I just acquired one of these DECR-1000A's recently from an apparent liquidation of a former developer on eBay (there were about a dozen of them, with varying degrees of quality). Mine in particular had a broken USB port, a missing eject switch for the CF card reader, a non-functional blu-ray drive and it also did not come with the antenna. Hence I got it at a high discount. But I did notice the above quoted part number for the antenna within a description on a separate eBay auction for a whole-packaged DECR-1000A (with original boxing plus foot switch and rack brackets) and on that basis decided it was worth a chance to try buying the part on eBay separately. I can confirm it fits perfectly. I dared to open the beast (it is very heavy) and discovered that the blu-ray drive ribbon cable was at a funny angle, I reseated it and now it works perfectly. So far so good. My next task in the distant future is to try and repair the broken USB port (labeled Extra) but I don't mind using a four-port USB switch and using that instead for now, it's safer than risking yanking on the remaining still-functioning USB ports (hence why I want wireless to work to minimise this risk further as it's easy to forget you're using a pad that is wired in and move too far in the room). I've just tried my luck with the antenna that arrived this morning and can confirm Bluetooth works: the PS button on my wireless pad will now turn on the unit just like a regular PS3 without having to be plugged in via USB, this didn't happen before, and it fully works wirelessly once booted. Just tried my luck with WIFI and can confirm this works too! I therefore conclude that it is worth buying the "Hitachi Cable HET01-SO01" antenna. Better hurry, there's not many left on eBay and likely they'll go fast with this news...

Thanks for the info, the broken CF port can be sourced from a CECHA, CECHB or CECHE machine.

When my DECR-1000A Arrived, the Blu Ray Drive didn't work too, but it wasn't because of a badly seated ribbon, it was because the lens was way too old and I couldn't fix it after I cleaned it, I had to source a new lens system from a YLOD CECHA I had lying around, after swapping the lens the DECR started reading discs again.

I'll order an Antenna but I'd love for the supply to not become scarce.

Thanks for the tip about the CF card slot, I do have a broken CECHA machine somewhere in bits with a badly failed RSX that I could possibly steal one from. As for the USB port, I might see about desoldering it (as they are one-on-top-of-the-other they come in a pair, so I'll have to replace two together) and soldering in a new one. But to do that I need a lot of room on a large table and don't have the space right now, and as this unit is so heavy, I'd rather not just yet. If I do get around to it, I'll try and take some photos so one can see what angled USB ports they need to order, as it seems quite common for these to break. I've looked already on eBay and some have the solder mounting pins at 90 degree angles, some are straight-through, so I'll need to figure out which ones are used for this unit first.
