They follow my twitter feed. The screen is probably one of the huge screens they used back then in norad and medical imaging. Most likely medical imaging.
So .01 would be high then? Japanese companies change hands... extremely rare items are still few and far between on auction sites.
I was looking for musics composed by Jun Chikuma and found this (1995 Hudson Game Music Complete Works): http://vgmdb.net/album/5546 Hi Ten Bomberman is called Hi-Ten Kyara Bom in the credits. By the way, I read in the french book "La bible PC Engine volume 1" there are 2 versions of this game, shown during 2 diferent events. IIRC, the start screens are diferent, the first version was shown one year before the second.
Indeed! If anyone is looking to buy it, I just found this by accident: http://page6.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/f100884556
Sure, it's a Hi-Ten Bomberman SGFX/PC-FX Proto-HuCard for only 1500JPY buy-it-now. I just don't have the funds for this right now, so I'd rather spread the link. Cheers guys. ....... ....... Wake up, Tatsujin, wake up! .... No mom, no, it's.... NEC.... must... obey..... Yes Tatsujin, you're dreamin, c'm on wake up.. ...... ...... no, what...??! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
I wish there was more footage out there. I just got Saturn Bomberman and am loving it, but I cannot help but want to play Hi-Ten even more ^__^
I didn't wanted to bump this thread but, is there any hope in seeing Hi-Ten Bomberman getting dumped online? As a HUGE Bomberman, This is right up there with Jaguar Bomberman as the one i would absolutely love to play. IIRC, Hi-Ten, Jaguar, Virtual Bomberman & TNT Terry for the Atari Lynx (but since it's a homebrew clone from 1998, this one is debatible) are the only ones that remain undumped at the time of writing this comment :/
Odds are slim since afaik it seems to be a one-off (well, "five-off". still...) system, but never say never...
