It's clearly in Japan because of the sign on the wall, and the cabinets at the back look like server cabinets so it is more likely to be in an commercial building. This might suggest a game house perhaps(unlikely to be Sega).

The Dreamcast box on the left is a US Dreamcast box.

There's clearly a strong sonic theme - however the two Sega CD games are published by Digital Pictures an american company, not japanese. Bit too much of a coincidence that both Sega games are published by the same publisher no?

Did you use a japanese name Gaijin Punch? I did. I was always under the impression that even if I did win they'd take one look at my name then pull out another winner.

I got informations from a very reliable source that it's one of the Dreamcast "single model" LE consoles which were given away in a prize at a magazine contest.

It has nothing in common with Hitachi - there's no limited edition Hitachi Dreamcast. Not even a prototype.

Yakumo: towards the end I did, yes... too little too late I suppose.

    I'm lost. What are these?

I still wonder what the heck those two 32X-CD games are doing there, with nothing but DC-related stuff in the picture...

Unless there's a Dreamcast with a 32x module, I'm sure they're there just for show.

... how'd that even work...? divide the machine power /4?

No chance the SH4 would emulate two SH2s without some serious Jedi magic :)

  13. Not to mention two MC68000s and VDP and Z80 and I think another extra processor in the Sega CD, too. 32X-CD emulation would probably be even harder to get going on the Dreamcast than Saturn emulation.

EDIT: Oh and as for this "coincidence" that both 32X-CD games shown are from Digital Pictures...I think that *ALL* 32X-CD games were from Digital Pictures.

    ...word is bondage...

Indeed. It'd be hella funny, though. 128X would rule, even if like 80% of all 32x games are utter tripe.
