i just found the fucking holy grail of gaming after all these years we finally found one http://www.ebay.com/itm/Infinium-La...0964672955?pt=Video_Games&hash=item1e7e1a51bb
Wow. Forgive if I stay skeptical though, I can fully imagine someone building a replica to rake in cash.
I remember reading about this in EGM. The only response it got from me was "alright," as I didn't know about point and click adventure games back then, since I wasn't very interested in PC games generally.
OH man, the Infinium LAbs PHANTOM. That was supposed to take PC's and bring them to the living room. Hmmmm interesting. I was always interested in this thing, closest I got to it was the Lapboard, back when digital life was running in NYC. Anyone know the history of this company? It's quite funny...and sad at the same time. These guys got MILLIONS in investments from many different, private parties. They let them down pretty much, ended up in getting sued a billion times by all the parties to get their investments back. The company ended up selling it's shares back to pay back people, it was just bad.

I never heard or came across with this Unreleased Phantom console, Very interesting! So it just plays PC games? Kinda Useless when PC machine already can do that. According to Seller description at last paragraph " It powers on, but I do not have a controller and I am sure there is no real way to play games on it. But hey true collectors collect, not play." I'm pretty sure it not worth £20,000 in my opinion. However nice find.
Like I said, it didnt sell before at a lower price, so why he relisted for higher I will never know. But basically, imagine something like the Steambox, just years ago, that was the goal.
Well when you mention about lower the price and I look at the price on ebay to begin with, I thought he would originally listed around 30,000 and then lower it to 20,000 from there. So he relisted much higher price? Very strange. Seller might had bought this unreleased console more than £20,000 before and now he probably not too keen to lower the price at this point I guess. However this unreleased device is nowhere near worth than 20,000 anyway and I pretty sure buyers are not that stupid to bid it either. Off Topic How much Sega Pluto sold for?
Makes percect sence to me. If you cant sell a peny for two cents, sell it for $50. If you can't stop a car, try to stop a train. If you can't fly from jumping off a 10 foot cliff, try jumping off a 10,000 foot clif. Brillance!
