How did you guys find these rare prototypes?

Hello!, I was wondering where many of the people on this forum get their awesome hands on awesome proto's. Like unreleased games and consoles.

 

Auctions, contacts, WTB threads stating what you're looking for, having money to back your claims of wanting stuff, or just plain dumb luck. It's all very variable and takes a lot of patience and money in the long run.

 

Right place, right time, right interests.

 

Knowing people.

 

Look up any number of the other threads, lots of good stuff in them. That's number one, be able to search a lot and don't be discouraged.

 

Blind luck, eBay, forums and making the right contacts.
