I can't post myself on the internet since, somebody might recognise me... :gravedigging:But I am indeed 183cm tall and 54kg in weight. Slimmer than even most "slim" people, perhaps even notoriously so as XxHennersXx described his former self as being lol.

im 175 too and weigh 65kg.. couldnt imagne walking around with a 20kg backpack all day :cur_sonic:

So you're basically brain & bones. Eat something, dude! I don't know how you guys in the US can stay skinny, one trip to a mall would kill my BMI forever. I've been to the US four times and always had some kilos extra afterwards. Greasy breakfasts FTW.

1,92 m - 71 kg

 

I'm 5' 10" and 115lbs, so for metrics, 52kg, and 178cm. Who knows what it will be after this trip to Germany... Will update next week after I return to the states, just to see how much difference there is by staying in a healthier country for a month.

 

6'3"/211lbs or 191cm/96kg? Not sure If I'm absolutely correct on the weight in kg's but close enough. Been getting back into working out over the last 2 or 3 months, for awhile I was doing it about 6 times a week but got a little burnt out so I've lowered it to 5 days a week. I was up to about 230lbs when I was stuck in bed for a month after my accident so I'm happy to have shed most of that.

 

177cm and 103 kilos. Chinese food and takeaways ftw!

 

182cm and 83 kilograms, want to lose at least 10 of those as i used to be 65 kilo's only 5 years ago =/ Thank you deskjob,constant stress and not much money/time for descent cooking.

 

187 cm, 78 kilo. Too skinny!

 

186cm and 86kgs.

Gained all my weight back :banghead: I was 189 lbs 6 months ago.

 

I eat plenty.

When I think about it, my body must be horribly inefficient, considering I intake a normal ammount and it goes nowhere.
