How to tell fake rvt-r disc?

I bought this disc, and I am worried that it may be a fake. Seeing as the seller sold another identical copy a few weeks prior to me buying this one. Can anyone help? (by "Fake", I mean a copy of a real prototype, that was burned to the rvt-r disc and sold.) Pictures of the two discs below.

You cant really, unless there is an odd date in the files.

 

Aww man... that sucks! I'm going to have to try to get a wii rvt-r to test it now! (Although I was going to get one anyway)

 

I mean, it might still work. And it could be a copy and no one would be able to tell. Unless it has a file that has a more recent date than should be in it, or if the RVT writer software adds a timestamp somewhere

 

Alright, I will revisit this with answers when I get a rvt-r reader

It's not a fake.

They sent me a list of what they have and they had some items with duplicates. There are multiple copies of almost every disc build you come across.

in the case of the PS3 there's 2 puppeteer builds floating around.
Both are 1:1 the same, but there's 2 discs.

That's not to say everything is the same but my guess is if he has 2 for wii then they're more than likely to be the same.
