    I've seen some shrink-wrapped PAL games that don't appear to be re-seals - mainly later Konami titles, IIRC. It's possible they were done at store-level, though.

    I think they were done at store level but I'm not 100% sure.

    I have some sealed genesis games, and none of them are cardboard boxed games. These are definitely store seals (and luckily the games are new..I opened a couple to check)
