    They CLAIM that the companies don't care and consider it Fan art but I'm not so sure about that. They also claim to own the code for these cahracters.

    So I dunno.

    There's a Speed option, iirc. Goes from "Turtle slow" to "Can't see shit its happening so fast"

    They think that since they were the ones that made them "Mugen compatible", they're theirs forever.
