Seems DC X isn't available anymore.

and The Gameshark won't load some Capcom games (IE 1/4 of my total DC collection.)

I'm going to need to burn a boot disc that WORKS and will let me play all the imports I have.

what would be best for me to use?

I have 1 that has some sort of reindeer but it won't load my import discs just the back ups a friend made for me.

Why not just buy the said import DC? Not going to be that much more expensive.

I think he already mentioned Utopia (the "reindeer") and it didn't work. That's strange, maybe he has an old version.

yeah the utopia disc I have will only boot burned discs not import games.

only a few games with gameshark won't boot

    VF3TB-doesn't boot screen stays black
3rd strike- boots up but the graphics are garbled
last blade- playable but the graphics are grabled
Marvel VS Capcom 2- gets to the licesed screen and then goes back to the menu
SFIII Double Impact- Street fighter III loads 2nd Impact goes back to the Menu Screen.
    CVS2 Fandisc- boots randomly

other games just have skipping problems are run smoothly with no problems at all.

At least I can play Border Down and Darkstalkers the 2 most expensive DC games in my collection

3rd stirke I can play on my XBOX and I have VF4

but the loss of Last Blade 2 and SF III and the HUGE GAPING LOSS of MVC2 are pretty big.

That said I would suggest downloading or making copies of your original games to keep them in mint conditions ;)

I just bought a USA copy of Space Channel 5 and the guy threw in a disc he said would make it play on UK DC's... it's a legit copy, ain't tested it yet (no tv atm) but I'd gladly make an image of the disc and send it over if you like? pm me if interested.

    Yeah I'd really apprecate it.

If anybody knows where I can still find a DC-X disc I'd apprecate it.

Try the CDX, any version should work I think.

I could run the JPN version of VF3tb on my PAL DC using ActionReplayCDX without problems (apart from running at 50hz)

I think most people dont know but ARCDX could boot a PAL DC in NTSC mode with the orange swirl bios but the games would still run in 50hz and desaligned from the screen xD

I never got to try a DC-X, I never found an ISO of it either :\

What... so the "run in NTSC" function is totally useless?

Yeah in ActionReplayCDX its useless, the only thing you can do with it is run the bios in NTSC mode.
It switches back to 50hz when the game loads and the images gets misaligned from the screen
