In terms of bootlegs, it's also one of the hardest to find. Most illegal copies don't work, no idea why. It'd be interesting to see what sort of copy protection or what makes it not be copied correctly ever.
Too sad you had to sell those two, they're both among my favourite games ever. Never did see a Tales of Destiny 2 in "original" in Mexico, though. It was not common as a bootleg either, but the bootleg release was quite good. Silver discs with codes and decent serigraphing.

No dice finding either of the titles in the mexican auction sites, either.

Dammit.
