I'm not sure if anyone will care enough to read this

Hey, I'm new to this site, I'm interested in a Blue Ps1 debugger and I heard this is the place to go. I guess I'll post what consoles I have along with the number of consoles I have, just because
Playstation (3) PS2 (1) PS3 (2) PSP (1) Genesis 1 (1) Saturn V2 (1) Dreamcast (1) Game Gear (1) Xbox (1)
Xbox 360 (1) NES (2) SNES (1) N64 (3) GC (2) Wii (1) Odyssey 2 (1) and a Sears Telegames 2600 (1)

oh and these are just normal consoles, not dev of anything as of yet.

Thats all I can think of for right now at least. I know it isn't that great but I'm trying :redface-new:

oh and the PS1 is my favorite console of all time.
Anyway, I think that's all I need to mention right now.

Yeah, this is probably a good place if you are looking for development hardware like a debug PSX. Incidentally, there are a number of different blue debug machines, since Sony made ones for each territory and there was a design revision that moved most of the PSU out of the machine and into a power brick in an attempt to fix the optical drive issues. There are also green debug machines that have a later chipset revision than the blue ones.

thanks for the welcome, and I guess I made that title because I don't think people generally really care about the new user intros, although that might not have been a great way to introduce myself...

ahh thanks... I tend to think the things taken out of context are generally the most funny.

 

I think it depends on the board - this place is generally fairly friendly.

 

I think people tend to overlook this section of the forum to be honest, but like TriMesh said, most people are really friendly.
