Intellivision and Colecovision counterpart to this???????

Thing is, most of my software was lost in the 90s. A friend who also had a C64 "borrowed" it and never returned it.

Getting new software will really be difficult now... but hey, there's emulation.

I have never done research on C64 emulation, though... you know? This is the first time it comes to mind.

My newer computer has TV out, so I can even get it to work on the TV!
(like when I watch anime and stuff!)

5 1/4 discs are common, still. I might have a box of unformatted discs.
Now I have to learn how to use the drive from my old 286 in my AMD64 box...

Also.
What happens if you try to read a C64 disc in a DOS machine, or a Windows one, though?

so what about using dosbox if it does not like windows NT platform with star commander.

IF I could turn my old dos machine into a C64, i'd be so happy....
But it's highly unlikely, I mean, it doesn't even run Win 3.1

But I'll see what I can once I'm no longer swamped with stuff to do.
