Sorry if this is a stupid question but what do the GBA SuperCards do exactly?

They let you play roms. GBA flash carts are hard to find now, and if it uses microsd you best get one while possible,

They do use microSD. It supports microSD cards up to 2gb in size just so everyone knows.

Those are not iQue included games. They are only the manuals. Games are only sold digitally and you need the iQue pre-paid cards to purchase them. =)

If you don't have a buyer for the manuals I'll gladly take them.

actualy these use mini sd just like the much better ezflash iv. supercard is not terrible but the ezflash iv is worth the price difference IF you can find it. only thing supercard has going for it is the build quality. anyway, even 1gb is more than enough for gba games :)

Both the Supercard and the EZ-IV are still available in HK, although nobody seems to actually stock them and you have to ask the shop to order them. The EZ-IV is also a lot more expensive - something like twice the price. Most of the HK suppliers won't ship flash carts to the US, though - there have been too many of them seized by customs.

Hence why I wrote "These aren't really games, as they were download only, but card sleeves containing the manuals for the games" ;P. I'm waiting to hear back from a few people asking about buying all the iQue stuff as a bundle, so I'd rather wait for them before selling the manuals individually.

I agree the EZFlash-IVs are better than the Supercards and I don't think I'd have any problems getting them through customs, if I could actually find any in the first place ;) There are Chinese sellers who advertise them, but none I've found who actually have them in stock.

Also, the Supercards are technically MiniSD, but they all come with a MicroSD adapter, as MiniSD is pretty much obsolete.

The guys in my local game shop had no problem getting them a couple of months ago - I will check and see if their supplier still has stock.

How does that work at this moment? I'm guessing the download service for these games isn't available anymore?

Yeah, I just think some were still getting confused though. I though I should make it clearer.

Anyways if someone else takes the manuals that's ok. I have someone in china getting me a few sets but sadly it's just going a little slow and some of the ones he got me are a bit damaged.

I think it should still be operable. There is iQue @ Home software on their website that will let you manage your purchased games (ie back up on pc or push to unit, storage isn't big enough to store all released games) as well as buy new games with the pre-paid cards. It use to be that you bought games though a terminal in select stores in china but those things are long long gone.

Yeah, the service is still running - even if there is no longer a link to it from the main page. You can download the software from here:

http://www.ique.com/products/M_athome.htm (the second download link is the full version)

You also need to create an iQue account - there is a link to do this in the software although it's all (naturally) in Chinese. When I first connected the unit up, it came up with a warning message in red about the firmware version and most of the functions didn't work until I upgraded.

Sorry about that. I assumed it was a typo and they meant microSD because I have never even heard of miniSD :very_drunk:

I sadly had to go a step further and get my unit serviced in china to get iQue @ home working (my USB port didn't work or my fw was extremely out of date). =P

Yeah. They're still floating around taobao and the seller of this unit has two cards as well.
