Is anyone going to one of the FF concerts?

I know I am! I got 4 tickets for the Hartford, CT show :-D

Fear Factory perchance? Man, I'd KILL to see them... they once played about 10km from my home but it was the night before a pretty tough college final so I didn't go :-( :-(

Same here, but then there was a orchestra performance of Final Fantasy 7 songs I think. A few years back now mind.

 

i saw dear friends when it was in chicago in febuary. Very good, too many songs from 8 though... they neded more 9

 

i am really fond of the theme in the doungeon in FF1 (the first one you get into)

What do you mean thank God? FF7 had the best music IMO.

 

No it hadn't (imho). That or the PSX's MIDI just doesn't cut it.

 

VII was one of the better ones music-wise in my opinion - I couldn't make a decision on which one had the *best* music though. And whoever was programming for Nobuo Uematsu on the PS1 games did a damn good job - some the best sequenced PS1 music I've ever heard were on FF7 and 8 - those and Vagrant Story of course.

 

I agree, but I can't remember any other PS games with sequenced music. Square knew their way around the SPC700 though
