Is anyone into rare/obscure 8-bit computers?

It's that one from Terminator 2, isn't it?? That one was SO cool! Awesome machine.

Funny story: Cops from my city steal students' computers because of that very unlikely scene. You get arrested and they "confiscate" your laptop because it can be "used to hack ATMs". It came to be as if you were carrying a gun or drugs. It's a given, police from my city steal your wallet and watch, and sometimes your shoes - but the laptop as an excuse... that's a pathetic little tidbit.

I almost had mine (a Toshiba Tecra 8200, nothing to write home about) stolen by a couple policemen right outside my house, actually.
I got out of it using a press ID.

 

yes, this is the computer that was used by John Connor.

it has a PC-DOS compatible operating system. One time I used it to dial up a modem and to logon at a mailbox. the funny thing, the modem was bigger than the portfolio

and your policemen should not watch too much television ~_~
