Is it just me, or is PGR3 garbage?

You mean Burnout : Revenge? If yes, you won't regret. The game is great.

If you can, try getting the whole series. (Xbox or PS2).

 

I'm glad to hear that the weird tray noise I heard was normal! I bought my X360 yesterday. Only sad thing is that many other games I'm interested in are still many months away from being released.

Sorry, I couldn't resist! Actually, I've never played PGR3, but I'm a huge fan of the first two so when I finally get around to getting an XBOX 360, I will probably check it out.

 

PGR3 aint that bad.I played it more than the last 2 before quitting

 

Dodgy tray noises are only with Oblivion which they're meant to be looking into. PGR3 & other games I own work perfectly.

 

Though I've never played the second one, I think PGR3 is way better than the first one.

 

mh. pgr3 was actually my first game ever to be returned to the store. i dont know if this did not annoy you, but the camera is jerky allthough the general gfx is fluid, so they somehow have different interpolation/timestep/framerate for camera and physics/car simulation... this drove me nuts like hell.

got a lot of 360 games in the last few weeks, since here in singapore most of them come in at around 35 euros, and luckily most of them (except for those ea suckers titles) are not region locked... my favourites so far:

- tombraider legends (actually, the first tr game that is worth playing since tr1 or tr2, it looks awesome and plays VERY cool, everythin is smooth, movement, jumping etc absolutely rules)
- ridgeracer 6 ... simply racing. fast, nice, even full framerate at hd res.
- burnout revenge ... (you know it)
