Is this a rare Xbox?

So I'm pretty sure this was just a repainted case, especially since my Googling didn't turn up anything, but before I just let it pass by I figured I'd ask here first. Is this just a painted/modded xbox case?

 

We talked about this Goodwill box in Chat. But no, its painted, look at the controller ports. And the jewel.

 

The jewel is what led me to believe it was just painted as well, thanks for confirming this for me!

 

Quality paint too... at least it doesn't look like this piece of devil spawn. Also found that DVD in the tray which, by the way, was jammed.
