I sold a new (green) ps1 debug for around 600eur a few years ago. In my opinion, your model is much more rare.
I think you could get 750eur+

I've been trying to track one of these down in excellent condition for a while now. I've seen them priced in the sub 600eur range, but since yours is in such nice condition I think its safe to say that you could get in the 750eur range. I would love to have it in my collection.

I wouldn't sell my brand new Japanese sample unit for €750...

This unit can boot the games from any region by the way.

I wouldn't sell it either. In my opinion, it's the kind thing of you keep and build a PlayStation collection around.

Apparently it's only the Japanese one that can do that - the other (NTSC:U/C and PAL) midnight blue models were region locked. This is some information I got from an ex SCEI guy some time ago:

"The SCPH-7000W was supposed to be for worldwide distribution, so we made about 350 of them (100 for each territory and some spares), and based them on reworked SCPH-7003s that had a 110-240V 50/60Hz power supply and an English boot ROM. The rework was changing the CD controller, modifying the video so that it could handle PAL correctly and building them into that dark blue housing. It was then pointed out that we couldn't sell (or even give away) an 'SCPH-7000W' in the US or Europe because it wasn't a model that had either FCC or CE certification - this wasn't a problem in Japan because the Japanese certification is voluntary. So we made another 200 units, but built them with standard retail parts and gave them the same part number as the retail models did (SCPH-7001 and SCPH-7002) since the blue housing was a purely cosmetic change that didn't affect the certification. Obviously, this also means that the US and PAL versions are single-region and single video standard, just like the standard retail ones."
