    Via email. I assume we're talking about Surugaya. There is a comment field when you place an order. I always put in questions about condition there.

    I only had 1 problem with them.....a Neo Geo "first edition" system that wasn't what they advertised. I sent it back and they gave me a refund. I've ordered probably $10,000 from them and that's the only mistake.

    After you order they send you an email about the condition of the items (cracked cases, missing instructions) and you have to verify that you still want them. Overall their software is clean and presentable.
