Would it be possible to list more than just games? Every accessory, official or unofficial, special stuff, etc? I guess I can do that if you don't feel like it on my own.

Daigirin is good but incomplete on few systems and doesn't include consoles from 2000 onwards. It's successor, the Kougien, is much better. Although released twice every year, only the autumn 2000 and spring 2003 editions cover ALL games for ALL systems. Just in case someone is interested.

No. It's a play on words as with the Kougien and written 大技林. Daigirin is just a very thick game catalog fully written in Japanese and only published in Japan. It was released twice every year, in April and October. It was discontinued in 2000 and replace by the (much) better Kougien. For those who are interested in these books beware: 99% of the content is black & white and text-ONLY!

Yeah.I was talking about Daigirin because BACK in the 90s, Kougien just did NOT exist.
I completed the lists with Kougien and many other lists i crossed over with kougien,etc..
But in 1996, Daigirin was a gold mine for any info, epecially for a foreigner like me.
