I love my 360 for playing HDDVDs. And playing games. So....bleh! :110: I'd like to have a PS3 but if I did I think the best route is to get things you can on the 360 as they seem to be the better versions. Just make sure you get Uncharted.
Val. Chronicles? Never heard of it. As for the other ones I plan to try them out. And no... I got Motorstorm 1. :crying: Is 2 that much of an improvement? I am not gunna lie, Motorstorm isnt as addicting as Id hoped... And I will get uncharted for sure. Gotta behonest..........THE PS3 is total garbage..... Kidding kidding I actually do have something nice to say about it. the Playstation store is actually better layed out than XBLM and the movie service is actually better than the XBLM. You can buy and rent movies where on XBLM you just rent. the XMB is also better than the 360s soon to be replaced dashboard as well. That said as far as games there isn't alot on PS3 you can't get on 360 already.
The price of the PS3 is worth it for Uncharted alone. God, I love that game. Amazing, amazing. Can't wait for part 2!
Nice list. A bunch of repeats and most are on the 360 anyways. I want a PS3 for Bluray. But I don't feel like I'm missing anything by not having one. If I didn't have a 360, I'd be missing out on a whole lot more imo.

The PSN store is supposed to have a few neat little gems that XBLA doesn't have either. Keep an eye out for Fat Princesses that one looks fun
SC IV is the same across both platforms, u can buy vader and yoda from the online store anyway for their respective console.
PS3 SC IV over 360 SC IV I would rather there be no default Yoda. But I hear the Online on the PS3 SC IV is nerfed
I don't own the game yet but if I do buy it I ll certainly download the missing character, despite its ridiculous price. That said, preference depends on the controller you choose to play with - I don't mind using the thumbstick for fighters as I had done with SCII on the GC, so I don't rule out the XBOX versions just because of that. Of course, playing the game online is free on the PS3 which is a huge plus for a subscription-dodger such as myself.
Xbox Live is a necessity. I just look at as I'm buying one game a year for $50. But in all actuality I'm paying for a ton of games and A LOT of social interaction/hanging out with friends. It's awesome. $50 for a year really, when you think about it, isn't all that much. $.13 a day. I, a 20 year old with lots of school loans, can even afford that.
Jak 1 was actually a slightly above average platformer, so much better than the sequels and Ratchet series. My most anticipated PS3 titles apart from MGS4 are all still to come: -RE5 -God of War 3 -Next ICO game What a bad start this generation has had
yes. i'm quite content with this generation otherwise. When God of War 3 and Shadow of the Colossus 2: Colossus Livin' Large comes out, THEN I'll get a PS3.
