i remember seeing the auction a few weeks ago, didnt he want something like £50 for it? ive currently got 3 of the said demo disc (plus 2 complete runs of oxm demos from 1-40) as for he/she who has the full version i think i know who you mean, and whilst it would be good to play the full game id rather play see kameo in action on saying that i did get to play on a near full version of lamborghini a few years ago, as i have a friend of a friend wo used to work for rage before they went belly-up, he didnt personally work on the lamborghini game as was working on something else at the time, i can remember playing on it and thinking at the time how lush the graphics were make me want to dig out the demo and have a quick race now! anyways back on topic, ive found my xdk disc and am just trawling though it to find the xmv player, then all id have to to is screengrab the video and remux with the audio, shouldnt be too hard!
Supposedly the UnleashX skinner has a converter tool for xmv, according to random posts at XBox-scene. Can't confirm it myself as I don't have the software.
i have that already but i need to convert the opposite way, and still trawling through the xdk documention but no luck so far, all ive found is a command line tool to convert to xmv
The cxbx emulator is able to play the intro movie for Turok. If you rename your .xmv to that of the intro movie, and replace it in the Turok movie directory, you should be able to play the movie on your PC and just screengrab it. This is just a theory though. I've never attempted it.
