Kancho and Forigners

I'm not sure how widespread it is I did read about an English teacher being on guard trying not to be Kanchoed.

But about everyday are there ever reports of a Forigner (IE american) being playfully Kanchoed on the street and getting a Texas size hole stomped in their ass?

So what's the general Japanese view on doing this to foreigners?

What's the general view on doing it period?

Not even in Japan. They've adopted a pretty zero-tolerance policy in the last few years. You get caught doing the old 'chikan' and you are absolutely fucked. Witch hunt. Your fucked if you're the poor sucker some bitch points at on the train.

 

It's still alright if you get consent first though..

It's not weird to see posters in a train station saying "chikan is illegal". Unloading on a subject is simply the side effect of a successful chikan session.

My girlfriend told me this story, many years ago, when she was in university, she was riding on a train with friends. It was otherwise fairly empty but there were a few people. The seats were the kind that face each other. Well she was sitting on one end and this guy sits on the other end on the other side of the aisle.

She said he pulled out a bag of chips and ate them all then set the bag in his lap. A few minutes later she hears a sound like he's still digging in the bag for more chips (you know the crunch of the plastic) only he was looking around while moving it in his lap. Turns out he was workin one off in the chip bag. She stood up and went to another car.

 

Yes, Japanese men are dirty fuckers. Only the other day some 30 odd year old got his dick out in the middle of the street and started to take a piss. I was walking past with my wife and son at the time. I sure shamed the dirty sod though. While he was pissing I gave him a nudge resulting in him pissing on his leg :lol: Before he could say anything out I come with the verbal assault on how he's such a dirty bastard and that I didn't want my son or wife to have to see such shit. He never apologized but walked off pretty fast with a wet leg. What makes this story really annoying is that there are toilets within a minutes walk of where he came from.

My wife is always asking if English people do this sort of thing because it seems so normal in Japan. Sure, I've taken a leak outside but not in full view of everyone and when I have done it's in a pure emergency or I'm drunk. My wife's dad tried to take a piss behind the wall of our new house. He got an ear full from me as well. The dirty git. There's two toilets in my house so why piss on our back garden wall?
