i switched a year ago from the Toyoku line (absolutely zero chikan/dodgy stuff in over 7 years) to the Inokashira line...

A friend of mines husband just got stationed at Yokota AFB. After speaking with her about her first week in Japan she mentioned being train groped no less than 3 times on their first trip into Tokyo. She's a tall blond so I imagine they go crazy for that type.
