I spent some time the last few weeks editing the Killzone Liberation pre production UMD I have and looking at the differences with the retail versions of the game. I've found a lot of left-over from the development, including audio and visual test levels, lighting performance tests, AI design tests, proof of concept and prototype levels, unused multiplayer levels, extra challenge modes, extensive debug mode and more. The demo UMD also has some interesting files on it, I'll cover that later. Most of those testlevels are also found on the retail UMDs, so a patch to enable them is not out of order, don't expect it in the following hour though! Head over to Borman's website for pictures and a video of what you've been missing: http://superiorversion.com/?p=206
I need two things: a crc/md5 of the unmodified dump of the retail euro and US umds, and a filelist with the lba of the files (use isobuster for that). Thanks. The first people to give me that will have a patch for their game.
Proper dump CRC's: http://redump.org/disc/1346/ (UK) http://redump.org/disc/1397/ (US) http://redump.org/disc/5850/ (Retail Demo) I'll pull the file lists off tomorrow if i can find my discs... Looks nice!
