A little curiosity that I noticed is that my two Kiosk model DCs have different power supplies from any other revisions. Even my launch model VA0 doesn't have this variation. They seem to have two more voltage regulators than later models. Are these better/worse than later PSUs?

I doubt there will be any noticeable difference..
If these where used on display 24/7, I'd wager the caps and mosfets have seen some thermal abuse...

Are there any anti-tracking slots cut under the transformer?

The caps are all high-quality 105C rated Nichicons. I started to recap it a while ago but stopped after the three that I pulled on it tested perfect (the two closest to the 6-pin connector, and the 47uF near the transformer).

Here is a picture of the bottom of the board.

That looks identical to the PSU they had in some of the VA0 Japanese units. What sort of power connector does it have? The polarized type with one side squared typical of the US units of the symmetrical "Figure 8" type that's on the Japanese ones?

R1 is also not installed - which is normal for the Japanese boards.

Yes, you're correct that it has the Figure 8 style plug. It's marked as an NTSC-U underneath, but they must the Japanese PSU for it.
