Can always contact local police for sales like this (the iPhones) I'm talking about, as it's rather illegal to sell phones like that and marketing them as the real thing.

Same with any product, and considering this person is completely open to it and admitted it, I wouldn't hesitate.

Also seems to be confused that products he owns that are made in China instantly mean they're fake? Love idiots like this, that just have no clue what they're doing but think they're outsmarting everyone else.

 

I think it was meant to be sarcasm, op told them that is a cheap fake Chinese clone and they rebutted with "my iPhones made in china is it fake too?! :/" trying to make op sound stupid.. But yeah I'd report it to at least gumtree/eBay as they are selling them as genuine..

and i I highly doubt they sold 95 of these pos fake consoles, they obviously know they are fake. Even non collectors could tell from the big sticker on the front haha

Her excuse about opening it voiding the warranty is of course invalid, because she's the one giving the warranty!

 

They know full well what they are doing. It's to make a quick buck, I'm sure if enough people report the listing it will be removed, not that it would stop her from listing again.

The power supply doesn't meet any Australian standards, and could potentially be dangerous.
The games on the console violate piracy laws, and calling the console a "Mega Drive" is misleading...

 

Honestly not worth my time, from my point above.

 

I might buy one from aliexpress though under $50 in a box isn't bad

 

I know, that in Russia you can get these things for around 15 - 20 EUR in game shops. They sell bootleg games for 3 - 5 EUR a piece. ( I know a guy, who imported alot of these a few years ago).

I'm sorry, but in what world is that an "original" controller... I personally have two of those cheapo knock off controllers, and they're terrible!

Right... so they're apparently genuine, official, original sega controllers, that just happened to be lying around, and seem to have come packaged with a cheapo, knock off mega drive console... hmm..
