If its from another kit, then it won't work because your nand is encypted with the cpukey of that console.
LEo but CPUKey is also incuding in key value So if You replace kv.bin You change Your nand encryption. You read Your kv.bin, but can't edit without CPUKey... So just replace kv and config
Yes. But do you have an original config? Some one just mentioned they didn't have a nand backup and I wasn't referring to your post (I don't think) if you have a KV and config you are saved, if you only have a KV the config part can be difficult to fix since it can varry alot from kit to kit. I should goto the drunke thread....

lets put it this way... if your KV and config are not backed up there is no hope for you. you can get away with the KV only but whoever donates their config is an idiot since it will cause issues with logging onto pnet with 2 of the same MAC addresses.
