    Dear friend

My dev kit works two times, but since the third LED Green/Red alternatively.
Black screen, I think my Dev kit does'nt boot.

My Dev is an 110, but I use a 220/110 adaptater.

    Do yave a idea?

    Thanks

If it was a retail or a debug I'd say the BIOS might be trashed. Don't know too much about what constituted a XBox "dev kit" but it sure sounds like your run of the mill FRAG.

It's a Dev kit Crystal Xbox (like debug with USB port, VGA output,...). Today she 's working !!?
    I don't know why.

It could be a harddrive problem, I know my retail box did it when the harddrive was near death.

Like Borman said,it might be the hdd, grab a 3.5 hdd and install it then see if you can run a recovery disc.

Did the devboxes also have the 8GB WD ones?
I've seen about 6 of these die/corrupt, but none of the 10GB Seagates...
