Ah, didn't realize security on Europa-R sucked so badly. I've not seen any photos of Sega Rally 3 running on stock PC hardware so simply assumed that most people were confusing it with Sega Rally Revo (which *did* get an official PC release). -hl718
Actually they do ... :lol: But the reason they do is because at the point people try to dump them the harddrive is so old and broken, it's almost at the point it's about to turn into dust. So the effort of reading the whole drive contents might actually kill the drive. One person here on the board knows EXACTLY what I am talking about ...
I'd like to say that they're new to the internet but it is far more likely that they're under 20 or over 40. The commonality I see for necro bumps is a long-shot hope that their inquiry has an affirmative rather than the answer they've already found.
Well, I for once would not have seen the statement about DDR Supernova harddrives self destroying on dump attempts ... :thumbsup: And people should take that as an warning about how making dumps of any old/well used/well worn harddrive can be dangerous. :shrug:
